Jerzy J. Dabrowski received his
PhD and DSc (Dr hab.) degrees from the Silesian University of
Technology (SUT),
Gliwice, Poland, both in electronics. He specialized mainly in
macromodeling
and simulation of analog and mixed-signal circuits. Dr. Dabrowski
published
about 80 papers in international journals and conference proceedings,
and
a monograph entitled:
Piecewise Linear Approach to Functional-Level
Macrosimulation of Analogue & Mixed A/D Systems (SUT, Gliwice,
2000).
He holds 12 patents (as a co-author) in switched-mode power supplies
and
measurement equipment. Since 1978 his teaching activities at the
Institute
of Electronics, SUT, have included: Circuit & Signal Theory, CAD
and
Analog Circuit Design.
He supervised a number of MS and BS student projects in those fields.
He
has led several research projects at STU aimed at simulation tools for
VLSI.
In 2001 he joined the Division of Electronic Devices,
EE
Dept. at Linköping University as an Associate Professor. The
current
research interests of Dr. Dabrowski are in: mixed-signal systems,
high-level
modeling, behavioral synthesis, verification for signal integrity,
interconnect
modeling, CAD algorithms and HDLs, analog and mixed-signal tests, and
design-for-testability.
Dr. Dabrowski is a member of Polish Society of Electrical Engineering
(PTETiS), Committee of Electronics of the Polish Academy of Sciences
(PAN) and IEEE.
